• 1. Clearly identify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon, or if this Notice pertains to multiple works, provide a representative list of the affected works.
• 2. Specify the material or link that you assert is infringing (or is associated with infringing activity) and should be disabled, including, if applicable, the URL of the link displayed on the Site or the precise location of the material in question.
• 3. Include your organization name (if relevant), your mailing address, phone number, and, if available, your email address.
• 4. Add both of these statements in the body of the Notice:
• * "I affirm that I have a genuine belief that the disputed usage of the copyrighted content is not sanctioned by the copyright owner, the agent, or the law (such as fair use)."

Be aware that according to Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing could be subject to legal liability.

If you believe that your content, which has been removed or to which access has been disabled, is non-infringing, or that you hold the copyright owner's permission, the copyright owner's agent, or legal authority to distribute and use the content, you may issue a counter-notice with the following information to our designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled along with its previous location on the Site;

If we receive a counter-notice, we may send a copy to the original complainant, alerting them that we may restore the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates a court action against the content provider or user, we may replace the removed content or restore access within 10 to 14 business days or longer, at our sole discretion.

In compliance with the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have established a policy of terminating, under appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, users who are considered repeat infringers. We may also restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there has been a previous violation.
